The department carries out the organization of accounts and storage of the fixed capital of the libraries. It addresses the inquiries of patrons, subscribers and divisions of the library using inquiry documents for the use of the reading room, one-day paid subscriptions, and inter-library subscriptions. It provides help to the divisions of the NLRT and libraries of the republic concerning questions about the organization, storage and use of the collections.
